About The Studio

I’ve designed the studio to feel comfortable, homey, and flexible; an environment where you can get away from your usual routine and get creative with a few pieces of great gear.

The studio is close to street parking, TTC, and some great restaurants and amenities.

Control Room

  • Acoustically treated

  • Machine closet for computer, hard drives, and interfaces

  • Outboard rack with XLR patch bay

  • Monitor Control and Avid Artist Mix control surface

  • Guitars, amps, and keys

Lounge/Live Room

The main control room opens in to this multi-purpose space. There’s a fridge, sink, soft-seating, and a turntable. It can also be used for isolating performers or amps from the control room while tracking.

The Nicks Room

I’ve always thought it was cool that Stevie Nicks set up a bedroom down the hall from the main studio while Fleetwood Mac recorded Rumours. When she wasn’t needed for recording she would lock herself in that room and write.

This room can be used for isolating amps or performers, and doubles a guest room if you require overnight accommodations. Let me know if that is something you’ll require.

The Bathroom

A full bathroom for those taking advantage of overnight accommodations. I recently upgraded the toilet tank hardware and it’s delivering a great flush.
